I grant permission to be recorded (audio and/or video) for my appearances on the podcast currently known as "Winners, Losers, and Lovers."

2. Rights Granted

I authorize the Podcast and its producers to:

Record, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my image, likeness, and voice in association with this podcast;

Use my name, voice, likeness, and biographical information;

Create derivative works, promotional materials, transcripts, or clips;

Publish the content worldwide, in perpetuity, in any media format;

I understand the Podcast may edit the material at its discretion.

3. Compensation

I agree that I am participating voluntarily and will not receive payment, royalties, or ownership rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Release of Liability

I release the Podcast, its hosts, producers, and affiliates from any claims related to the use of the recorded materials.

5. Guest Representations

I will not knowingly share confidential or defamatory information;

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California.
